By using our website or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GTS is an Australian owned and operated supplier of water trucks and related equipment, with locations in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.

2. Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or impair the website, or that infringes the rights of any other person. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding and design, is owned by or licensed to GTS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

4. Product information, specifications and pricing

We take care to ensure that the information on our website is accurate. However, product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are provided as a guide only and may change without notice. 5. Quotes and orders

Any quote we provide is valid for the period stated in the quote or, if no period is stated, for 30 days, and is subject to availability and to our written acceptance of your order. Many of our vehicles are built to order; lead times are estimates only and may vary. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

6. Payment and finance

Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice. Where you apply for finance through GTS or our finance partners, finance is subject to the lender's separate terms, approval and eligibility criteria. Title to goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full in cleared funds.

7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Consumer guarantees and warranties

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any additional manufacturer's or GTS warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and the terms of any such warranty will be provided with your vehicle.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required under the Australian Consumer Law or any applicable warranty, GTS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of those websites.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and GTS submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
